Late Arrival/Cancelation policy
Late Arrivals
10 mins after scheduled appointment time will incur a late arrival fee of $20.00 plus tax.
After 15 mins: I reserve to the right to re-book your appointment if I can no longer accommodate your service within the time booked out for you. No show, missed appointment fees apply.
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if your appointment needs to be re-scheduled or canceled.
Cancelations that occur within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% of booked service. This is equal to the booking fee/deposit taken at time of booking from new clients.
No-Shows/missed appointments: you will be incur a 50% of the regular service price service fee. This includes if you arrive 15 minutes late or more and we can no longer accommodate your service.
While I understand sometimes emergencies do come up, clients with more than 2 last minute cancelations (within 24 hours of appointment time) within 12 months time will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee before booking any service. This fee will be applied only to the appointment booked and is non transferable.
Clients with more than 2 no show bookings will be required to pay any past due no-show invoices, as well as a non-refundable booking fee of 100% of the service price by 48 hours before the appointment time or your appointment will be canceled.
My studio and appointment times are based on Satellite time. That is the time typically displayed on cell phones and laptop computers.
While I try to run on time, late arriving clients push back the starting time of my next client and cuts into our family time.
I am sure everyone understands and respects that everyones time is as important as your own.
Remember, when your appointment is booked, it is done with your consent and approval.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds on any service.
Through consultation, I do my best do provide the service as we discussed. I give plenty of time for you to ask any questions, as well as feel I provide reasonable expectations for the outcomes of your service. Chances are you do not have the hair, skin, look of the person in your inspiration photo. Even if the photo is you from years gone by, hormone and lifestyle changes effect the way your hair or skin care service will come out.
Many of the services I provide, require you, the client, to do pre and post service prep work and care.
We are all different, some services do not "take" or are not effective for some people, due to lifestyle, medications, and/or hormones. I do my best to provide reasonable expectations with the information you have provided me. It is not an exact science, but the best information I have based on my education and experience.
I am confident in the work I provide. I am happy to provide a re-do at a 50% discount on any service that does not meet both of our expectations. Changing your mind on a service is not covered by this policy.
