Policies

Part 1:
Appointment & Booking Policies

These policies are designed to respect everyone’s time and keep your experience running smoothly.

Late Arrivals
  • More than 10 minutes late? A $20 late fee (plus tax) will apply.
  • 15+ minutes late? Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if it can't be completed in the remaining time. This will be treated as a no-show, with a 50% service fee charged.

Cancellations & No-Shows
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Within 24 hours: A 25% fee will apply (equal to the deposit for new clients).
  • No-shows or missed appointments (including arriving too late to be accommodated) will be charged 50% of the service price.

Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows
If this becomes a pattern:
  • More than 2 late cancellations in 12 months: A non-refundable booking fee will be required for future bookings. This fee applies to the appointment but is non-transferable.
  • More than 2 no-shows:
    • All outstanding invoices must be paid
    • A 100% non-refundable booking fee will be required 48 hours in advance, or your appointment will be cancelled

Timekeeping:
Appointments are based on satellite time—the standard time shown on most phones and computers.

Respect for Time:
Late arrivals impact the client after you and my family time. I aim to run on schedule, and I appreciate your understanding that your time is valuable—and so is everyone else’s.

Part 2:
Service Expectations & Refund Policy

Transparency and mutual respect help us get the best results from every service.

No Refunds:
Refunds are not available for services. I make every effort to ensure you understand the process and expected outcome during your consultation. Please remember:
  • Results may differ from inspiration photos—even if it’s a past photo of yourself
  • Hormones, medications, and lifestyle factors affect outcomes
  • Some services may simply not take on certain individuals
  • Client prep and aftercare directly impact results
I base recommendations on my 30+ years of experience, using the best tools, education, and information available at the time of your service.

Re-Dos:
If your results don’t meet both of our expectations, I’m happy to offer a 50% discount on a re-do of the same service.
Please note: Changing your mind after the fact is not covered under this policy.

Comfort & Professionalism:
No matter the service, your comfort is my priority. You are welcome to wear what makes you feel most at ease. For tanning services, please ensure that tanning garments do not cover more skin than your competition suit or final outfit—visible tan lines are the client’s responsibility.
